Adhesive Tape for Flame-Retardant & Public Transportation Handle Straps
Baiqiang's Adhesive Tape (coated webbing) is used to manufacture flame-retardant handle straps, fire-resistant handle straps, subway handle straps, and bus handle straps.

The products meet the testing standards of BS 6853 and EN 45545. Baiqiang's unique production process provides strong adhesion between the coating and the inner fiber webbing, preventing delamination during long-term use.
Features
  • Excellent Wear Resistance
    Meets the standard of no surface damage after 25,600 dry rubbing cycles and 25,600 wet rubbing cycles specified in EN ISO 13520:2006. It has high tensile strength, especially at punched holes, and does not deform after long-term use. It also provides good slip resistance.
  • Excellent Colorfastness & Antibacterial Performance
    The webbing has a colorfastness rating of Grade 4 or above. It does not fade or transfer color during long-term use and is sweat-resistant, antibacterial, and mildew-resistant.
    It meets the Grade 4 or above color change resistance standard after 100 hours of xenon lamp exposure specified in EN ISO 105 B02:2002.
  • Dirt-Resistant & Easy to Clean
    It is dirt-resistant, antibacterial, and easy to clean. It can be wiped or washed with water.
  • Premium Appearance & Hand Feel
    It has a refined appearance and excellent hand feel, enhancing the texture and added value of the product.
    Different gloss levels, haze, colors, and textures can be customized, and various patterns can be firmly printed.
  • Wide Processing Options
    It supports sewing, welding, laser cutting, die cutting, stamping, heat forming, and other processes. The cut edges do not fray and remain neat.
  • Environmentally Friendly
    The Adhesive Tape meets the restricted substance requirements specified by RoHS 2.0 or REACH regulations, including 235 SVHC / Annex XIV / Annex XVII.

The quality and price of coated webbing are mainly affected by the following factors:

COATING ADHESION

The adhesion between the coating and webbing affects tensile strength at punched holes and service life. Stronger adhesion generally means a higher price.

COATING DURABILITY

The durability and service life of the surface coating affect the cost. Longer-lasting materials generally cost more.
 

APPEARANCE & HAND FEEL

Appearance, texture, gloss, smoothness, and hand feel affect the product quality. A more premium appearance and hand feel require higher production costs.

FLEXIBILITY, HARDNESS & STRENGTH

Flexibility, hardness, and strength should match the application and functional requirements of the product. Special functional development requires higher costs.
 

ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE & AGING RESISTANCE

Some customers also require printing and welding functions. These functions require special modification of the materials. Functional additives increase the material cost.
